Actress and Empowerment Counselor Tina Lifford is most recently known for her role as Aunt Vi in the critically acclaimed television series Queen Sugar. She is also a recognized wellbeing author and CEO of The Inner Fitness Project, a personal development movement that teaches individuals to focus more on thriving than surviving. She desires to inspire people from all walks of life to invest in their emotional wellbeing and learn to thrive so they feel less stressed and respond to life with more personal power, insight, and wisdom.
