Alabama Symphony Orchestra: Thief, Poet, and Song

Christopher Confessore leads the Alabama Symphony Orchestra in Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8

Rossini & Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8
In a matinee performance, Christopher Confessore leads the Alabama Symphony Orchestra in Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8 — a work brimming with folk-inflected melodies and irresistible energy — paired with Rossini’s sparkling overture to La gazza ladra. A perfect Friday morning of music.
