Yoga in the floor of a retail shop
Once a month we gather at 10am before the shop opens at noon for free community yoga time with meditation. Free tea is served after with light nibbles for friendly chat time.
Take a few minutes to recharge. Free community tea time after. Extra mats on hand. All ages and abilities welcome.
Don’t have a mat? We got extra. Don’t have time? Neither do we. Got a jam packed Saturday? You are welcome in your jeans, pajamas, or brunchy best as we invite you to just be.
